We Are Social is an international, independent Social Media agency. 

Off the back of the changes and challenges that most companies faced during the COVID lockdown, We Are Social (WAS) were facing an unprecedented workload and the challenge of keeping staff motivated, engaged and productive. They had tried a number of initiatives, but these were either ineffective or had silently disappeared due to a lack of accountability and leadership.

A Lion & The Vibes was engaged to conduct an audit and create a roadmap to re-engage employees.

It was clear through this process that employees were lacking clarity and a sense of empowerment.

We conducted a workshop with the Leadership Team to define the singular purpose for WAS that would be used to inspire and focus the team. Off the back of this, we launched the purpose to the team and engaged all employees in translating this into behaviours for each department. We then restructured the office by creating working hubs that improved communication and collaboration and aligned processes around these new behaviours.

Feedback from employees and leaders has been positive. Departments who felt disempowered now feel like they have better access to information earlier in the process, and there is a renewed sense of drive to improve the quality of ideas created in the team.
